Mine at home needs adjustment - the boys have to get back up on the roof and adjust the water float- so it doesn't overflow. ( kind of like the toilet float LOL )

I LOVE swamp coolers!! I lived in New Mexico for 3 years and I used to love the noise those things made. I could sleep like a baby. Being from Alabama where humidity originated I was in heaven in all that dry air. Nothing like being able to actually sit outside in the middle of July and not drip sweat. Such fond memories!
