Still no relief- what a shame

more calls, we stayed - in queue for about 3 hours today - we ended the day with more than 600 calls- yikes I hope that they will send out an e-mail blast to counter this amazing issue.

our records show you have decided to waive your ( insert name of place here) benefits for the 2009-2010 plan year......

include a survey and no prior explaination and no contact information ( no phone number) throw in wife and others - a really bad combination has happeneded to about 12000 peeps....

yes we have only taken 1000 calls so far you get the picture.

I hope they send an e-mail blast to counter the problem we created...
