the leaves are turning a little bit

on the road to Windy Peak Outdoor School open house today we saw a little bit of gold and alot of blue sky - it was windy- windy -windy but a beautiful day for a car trip and a nice visit.
Hh will be going to a week of " outdoor Lab" this winter! in Febuary but I think she will have fun.
the Girls ( Hh and her friend CT) had a great time and got their fears taken care of. They were worried about stuff- like what the cabin and beds looked like. what the bathrooms looked like and where they would be generally. So going to the open house helped them both alot. Most of the kids in our school district go durring 6th grade, but the neighboorhood school is small and the calsses are combined 6th and 5th - so we only send our kids everyother year. So this is Hh's year.
